What information we collect and how we look after it.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to run TEAM365. This may include:
- Roster sign-ups: your email address and chosen discipline when you join the Roster.
- Orders: your name, delivery address, email, phone number and order details when you buy from us. Payments are handled by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card details.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Basic website data: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running securely.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders
- To give Roster members early access and release news
- To reply to your questions
- To keep the website secure and working properly
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Services we use
We use trusted third-party services to run the business, and they handle data on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting), Formspree (Roster sign-up form), Shopify (online store and checkout, once live), Microsoft 365 (email) and our shipping carriers (to deliver orders). Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.
Marketing emails
If you join the Roster, we'll email you about drops and early access. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@team365.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
