Who we are
TEAM 365 is a registered business name of A Stavrou & D.R Wonson (ABN 39 407 695 987). In these terms, "we", "us" and "TEAM365." mean that business. Contact: support@team365.com.au.
Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure checkout.
Limited drops
Drops are limited runs and sell while stock lasts. Adding an item to your cart doesn't reserve it. Stock is only secured once checkout is complete. We may limit quantities per customer to keep releases fair.
Product images and descriptions
We work hard to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and images shown before a release may be previews of the final product.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Intellectual property
The TEAM365. name, T365 monogram, 365 seal, designs, photos and website content belong to us. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
